I was so excited to try these wraps. I have never used/tried anything like this before. First I want to say that I really loved & enjoyed the wraps. I want to say that the patches were way too small for me. I expected them to be on the larger side like the picture shown on the packaging. I did apply the product to my lower tummy area (that's like where i need the help, also need help with my muffin top). The patches are very easy to apply, they are like stickers and there is a hole for your navel. One size really fits all, not really! On me, it didn't cover all the areas I wanted them to. The patches don't have any kind of smell at all, well to me anyways. You are supposed to wear it for 6-8 hours a day every 2 days. When it came to removing the patch, I thought it was going to hurt, but it didn't. The sellers service is amazing and the help the sellers give you is above and beyond. I can tell you that I saw results after the third wrap. I know that everyones results will vary! I received this product free in return for my honest unbiased review.
