I absolutely love this device!! I was skeptical at how effective a handheld this small would be; especially with such a modest power supply and no way to plug it into an electrical outlet. However, after turning it on, my concerns were gone. It works very well in relieving aches and pains. The massager is really easy to use. The machine itself is a decent size not as compact as others I've seen and it's portable as well. It comes with 4 sticky reusable pads that can be reused several times each, which is really nice. It has a nice easy to read LCD screen, which makes it easy to control the different programmed settings. The controller has a good number of options from; shoulder, back, waist, arms, legs to soles. You can get message, beat or knead.  I've been using this device for both massage and physical therapy. It's programmed for 15 minutes & I only need the 15 minutes it's programmed for. You really don't want to go over that specific time frame. My therapist also uses the professional machine for only 15 minutes. I have a high tolerance to pain; so, I can't feel much at levels 1, 2, and 3. Level 5 is the perfect intensity for me. The tens unit works as well as the machine used by my physical therapist uses on me. At my physical therapy they apply a professional TENS unit only on my arms.
