First, very high quality essential oil! I absolutely love the floral citrus smell of Simply Earth Bergamot essential oil. Bergamot essential oil has an array of health benefits. Bergamont essential oil can attributed to it's properties as a deodorant, antibiotic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, relaxant, sedative, analgesic, antidepressant, disinfectant, cicatrisant, and digestive substance. Word of caution bergamot essential oil must be protected from sunlight. Because, it becomes poisonous if exposed to sunlight. I diffuse several drops when I feeling depressed, and it has a double benefit; because it perfumes my house beautifully & removes any bad smells lingering after cooking or just from my pets.
